AmeriCard offers four different discount plans to fit a wide variety of situations. For most individuals and families the Dental, Vision, and Pharmacy benefits provide the most value on an everyday basis, while the Doctor By Phone and Legal Services offer significant value over and above their cost but for more infrequent needs. Member Services

AmeriCard members receive outstanding service:

• Members receive a full-color new-member kit, along with two hard plastic membership cards mailed directly to their home.
• The new-member kit explains all benefits in detail and includes a listing of local providers for each benefit selected.
• AmeriCard's member call center is open from 7am to 7pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, and 8am to 5pm Central Time on Saturdays.
• 99% of all incoming calls are answered within 3 seconds.
• On-line provider lookup is available or members can call customer service to obtain lists of local, participating healthcare providers.

This discount card program contains a 30-day cancellation period.

This plan provides discounts at certain healthcare providers for medical services. This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The plan member is obligated to pay for all healthcare services but will receive a discount from those healthcare providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization.
